There is ample space to explore nature, watch the herd of antelope in the pasture, or relax in the common Grove area under 100-year old oaks.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. A true departure from the everyday. Nestled in Live Oaks, The MACK is at the top of our Treehouse, right off the center deck, with comfy seating under the moon and bistro lights. This beautiful studio suite has TWO queen beds, stocked Coffee Bar, minifridge & microwave, seating near those big windows and a cozy electric fireplace. The full ensuite bath has shower, separate vanity, all the necessities. Full HVAC, WIFI, too! A true home-away from home, it's a beautiful spot.

PLEASE NOTE: due to the ongoing drought, large sections of the Blanco river are dry, including ours! The River House is a stone house set above the Blanco river among huge oak trees. From the quaint, screened entry porch to the large deck with oak trees rising through it, the River House is a relaxing space for you to while away the hours. Kick back with your favorite beverage, put something on the grill and relax to the sounds of nature. And the stars are awesome!
