Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

The studio is located about 400m from the beach. Please note we do not offer cooking amenities.

Take your time to relax at our 2 bedroom unit.Ideally located only a short walk to Waikiki Beach and the Shoalwater Islands and Marine park. This unit is fully self contained with off street parking,TV,laundry facilities and access to onsite shared facilities including a large swimming pool and BBQ. The town centre of Rockingham is only a 5 minute drive away with restaurants,cafe's,cinemas and other entertainment.Train station is also only 5 minutes away.
