Peaceful place to stay in a cozy unit called Norman's Retreat is the ideal holiday property whether you are visiting for holidays, sport or entertainment event or even for work. Our home is set amongst natural bushland and located 1KM from the beautiful Leschenault Estuary.This unit is located behind our home so we are only 1 mins away to assist you with any questions or help you in any way. The unit with complete furnish,bedroom,living room,kitchen,bathroom,and washing machine are yours to use!

This unit is comfortable, peaceful, air conditioned & fully self contained. A private entrance with deck, garden. Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ for outdoor cooking. Accommodation has thorough cleaning after every stay.

Kangaroo Cottage - Hills Retreat BnB

Kangaroo Cottage is an adults only retreat, surrounded by majestic Jarrah trees and wildlife. Guests have a wonderful opportunity to escape the city & immerse themselves in the serenity of the hills. Please be aware that the cottage is located on our family hobby farm & the sounds of our animals are a part of the Kangaroo Cottage experience. Our property is not suitable for pets or children. A light breakfast of croissants & condiments will be provided for the first morning of your stay.

Private & Airy Garden Studio

The self contained studio is fresh and bright with a well appointed kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop and mini oven. Basic breakfast is supplied .The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer.The studio has reverse cycle AC, internet, smart TV with Netflix. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.

Our studio is spacious with fresh interior, includes your own entrance and covered garage, and courtyard to relax with a cup of tea or glass of wine. It's quiet, private and centrally located. * please note their is some building work happening in the neighbourhood at the moment we will inform guests on expected days of especially noisy building *
