Inspired by the tranquil scenery from Italy’s Amalfi Coast, this lavish one-bedroom penthouse is perfect to recline and enjoy the finer things in life or go out and have an adventure. Nestled between the peaceful seascape of Cockburn Sound and the lively streets of Fremantle, acclaimed by experts for its mouth-watering food and drinks, you’re never far away from a quick stroll to the beach to enjoy the sun on your face and sand beneath your feet.

Beachside Cottage

Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer and Nespresso mashine. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. Only 2 minutes walk to beach and 12 minutes walk along the beach to Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Serpentine-y Luxury Country Escape

Check in after 2pm. Check out by 10am. Unfortunately, no children. Serpentine-y is nestled in the picturesque and serene Serpentine hills. 1hr from Perth, this boutique equestrian farm is an ideal escape. The modern accommodation includes a private grassed area to soak up the tranquillity. The farm backs onto the Serpentine National Park and is a short walk from Serpentine Falls and Munda Biddi trails. Perfect for a quiet, restful weekend or for those explorers with an adventurous spirit!

We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
