Step onto the large screened-in porch overlooking the lake to listen to the loons, but without bugs. House is on Snowmobile/ATV route.

Full kitchen, living room and dining area. 2 downstairs bedrooms and a third bedroom with its own bathroom located in the open loft area. Swim beach, fishing, hunting, hiking and recreational activities closeby. **No Lake or waterfront access. Pond visible in pictures is for viewing only.

Easy access via blacktop road that takes you right to the place. It offers 56 ft of water frontage. A small public boat landing right in front, makes it easy to get on and off the water. A new dock to tie it up for the evening on those summer stays, and drive out (at own risk) on the ice for those winter months.
