Villa Helios has 350sqm inner spaces and 360 seaview to the Saronic golf. The entrance leads into specious big living room with unblocked sea view, the inner dinning area, a WC and the main kitchen which is fully equipped with Smeg appliances and gas hobs. The first level has 2 big bedrooms with bathrooms, a TV room with Netflix and a kitchenette. The third level has a huge master bedroom with walk in closet and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is also a second bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children.
