Our lovely cottage is deceptively spacious and just 500 metres from the centre of Fishguard, a great base to explore Pembrokeshire's stunning coast. Sleeps up to 10 guests, and one dog allowed. Lounge with a woodburner, TV and pool table, well equipped kitchen with dining area, and lounge-dining area opening out onto patio and garden. 2 bedrooms downstairs, family room and small double room and bathroom with shower over large bath. The Barn is a converted donkey stable, with traditional lime plaster walls and upcycled timber giving it a rustic feel. The courtyard is gated and secure for pets, perfect for drinks and BBQ in the summer. No children under 12 due to fire safety regs on the sleeping mezzanines. The Folly: A charming, secluded waterside cottage.

A traditional Pembrokeshire cottage in a unique, idyllic woodland and waterside setting. The cottage is reached via a private farm road 1/2 a mile from the centre of Cosheston village. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

The house has amazing character with the main kitchen/ living area having exposed beams and a very high ceiling, inglenook fireplace with a woodburning stove.
