Porthcawl town and seafront are a convenient 20 minute walk, with shops, restaurants and cafes. Newton Village is a 5 minute walk with village green and 3 pubs serving food. Built new in 2017, it is a bright, spacious and contemporary home. A well decorated and comfortable place to stay. P.S. The sunsets are amazing!
