There is at least 2 acres of lawn between the house and beach.There is another small cabin on the property that we rent. There are also 4 more cabins that are used by family. This property was once a resort and summer days were filled with many people enjoying the property.e small town of Newport is about 20 minutes away.

The Legacy House is split into two levels. You would rent the second level that boasts 10 foot ceilings and wall to wall windows to the breath taking view of Deer Lake. As you can see the second level opens right out onto the patio and a few steps to your own private beach. There is another 300 square feet of decking and a dock on the water for you added pleasure. Bring your loved ones, your , favorite book, and plenty of food to to fully enjoy this wonderful location.

The kitchen is stocked, hammock is hung, lawn is mowed, and several personal watercraft options for paddling the lake await!

Our 60-acre property is on a no motor 80-acre lake in a magical remote park like setting. About 30 minutes Priest River/Newport. The cabin is located on our 60 acres where we enjoyed many weekends and summer vacations when our kids were young. Eventually we built a home next door to the cabin. There are 12 houses in our quiet valley. Guests enjoy paddling, fishing, hiking, running, road biking, reading etc. No events.
