Our adorable, romantic cottage is only 7 minutes to Topsail Island, even closer to shopping and restaurants, and you will have the whole place to yourself! We are nestled back off the road in a private setting with carport parking, washer/dryer, Wifi, an outdoor shower (shared with the home next door), clothesline, and a fenced yard. The yard is shared by the main house on the property and IS PET FRIENDLY!

Located 20 minutes outside beautiful and progressive Wilmington and only 10 minutes from the quaint and historic Burgaw. Beaches, biking (single track, road, community), theater/music venues are all conveniently located.

ILM King Bed, Private Entry, Downtown and events

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe!!
