This is a VERY budget-friendly room designed for solo travelers looking for affordability over amenities. If you’re expecting amenities, services, or a vibrant location, this is NOT for you. The place is simple, functional, convenient & priced accordingly. We aim to provide value for respectful guests who understand they're booking an economical stay. We live on the ground level with our son while this room is on the 2nd floor above an empty living room. 1 guest per room-No visitors permitted.

Tabletop oven and induction hotplate for cooking. Full size washer and dryer in laundry area. This unit is handicap accessible.

Our beautiful private guest suite is located in one of the most quiet, safe, and green residential neighborhoods in Philadelphia, Roxborough. We are a 10 minute drive from Manayunk restaurants & bars, and 35 minute drive from Center City Philadelphia (45 with traffic). Buses and trains are within walking distance to go to Center City if you don’t want to drive. Also, the Wissahickon Valley park is less than 5 mins away for those interested in sightseeing, hiking, and biking along the trails.

We designed the space to be clean, calm, and serene. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a short walk from the town of Gladwyne, and many trails and parks nearby. (Ask us for our favorites if you’re an outdoor enthusiast!) Olga and Dima live on the first floor of the house and can try to accommodate any needs you may have!

Located in the West Poplar District we are conveniently located near Chinatown, The Met, Convention Center, about a 20 minute walk to Center City and many great bars and restaurants within walking distance (The Institute bar, being one of my favorites). With the subway just blocks away, public transportation is close by and Uber can always get you to your desired destinations within minutes.

The Quaint 3rd Floor Loft is located within 35 minutes of historic Valley Forge and 5-10 miles from Philadelphia's tourist attractions, including the Liberty Bell, the Philadelphia Zoo, Museums, major Universities, hospitals , major ball parks, Penn's Landing, and lots of culturally diverse five-star restaurants and entertainment centers.
