New Cottage on Lake Sebasticook. Close to I95 and centrally located with access to main snowmobile trails. Shiplap throughout the cottage with rustic beams and custom touches to impress. Custom countertops with stainless appliances for a high end experience. Master bedroom has a queen foam mattress, bunk room has two twin foam mattresses. Overhead loft has a King foam mattress topper on the floor. The living area sofa has a pullout full mattress. Sleeps 8 total. New Heat/AC pump for comfort.

Nestle away in the woods with water views of the lake and direct access to the atv trail . No trailering , drive the atv right from the drive way to the trails. After spending the day walking , fishing, enjoying an outside fire or just exploring the maine woods,soak in the hot tub, take in the peace and quiet, or an infrared sauna session. Relax and unwind in-front of our beautiful fire place.. Trail links up to the International trail system(ITS) no lake access in front of the cabin.
