You can comfortably sleep multiple families with plenty of privacy & kid friendly setup. The cabin is set in the perfect location, minutes from downtown Pentwater & Mears State Park. It's walking distance to Bass Lake (boat launch), close to Lake MI access points, and nearby Silver Lake & Ludington.Unwind and grill out on our wrap around deck, soak in the hot tub, or have a campfire.

This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.

This is a custom built vacation home with central air-conditioning, built in music speakers throughout the house and WiFi. We are 3 blocks from downtown, but secluded with that "up north" feel. This home is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of room upstairs and on the lower level. Park your car and use the bikes already at the house to get around town or to the beach. Spend your evenings at the fire pit or on the screened in porch!
