If you want a view, then you've got one here! Our simple but cosy garden room is set up for 2 people. Its a small studio with double bed, kitchenette and ensuite. Its private, set within our garden overlooking Carn Brea Castle and The Great Flat Lode with views towards St Ives Bay, the North Cliffs and to the right is St Agnes Beacon. The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

Clarice's Cabin is a comfortable small home, looking out across our garden. It has its own securely separated outside seating area. In the cabin's open plan space there is a comfy double bed with 100% cotton bedding a 2 seater settee, table and chairs, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Accessed from the main room is a shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and flush toilet. There is a fan for hot days and an oil filled electric heaters for those cooler evenings.

Bright Carbis Bay Cabin minutes from the beach

The cabin is based in a quiet cul-de-sac in Carbis Bay. It is a 5/10 minute walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach, 10 minute walk to the supermarket, 2 minute’s from the bus stop. Train station is a 5/10 minute walk also. St Ives is a lovely 30 minute coastal walk away. We both work part time so we are usually available for any questions you may have or help on where to visit on your stay. There are local restaurants and bars in walking distance.
