The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

This second story walk up is located above a local bar and grill, and within walking distance to gas/convenience store and other small shops. We have many attractions to the area including, trout fishing, eagle watching, sailing, ice fishing, wedding venues, motorcycle trips, wineries and diverse shops and businesses along the Great River Road. We think you will find our area a unique, relaxing, and enjoyable.

The house is located a short walk to downtown with shops, restaurants and bars. The house is equipped to accommodate a working space for business travelers. The home is located 2 blocks from the "The Barn at Mirror Lake" wedding venue which can support groups and reunions. It is ideally suited for outdoor ethicists coming to Buffalo County. Please not this is the whole house.

Second floor access only with private entrance. 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room. No kitchen. Clean and quaint. We operate a coffee shop on the lower floor of the house on seasonal weekends so expect light noise after 7am (shop opens at 8 am) but come down for a complimentary coffee or tea and a homemade scone Saturday and Sunday morning.
