Cabin #2 We have three identical cozy cabins that are built in beautiful Pepin Wisconsin. Rent one or all three for your family/friend get away! We are less than 5 min from Lake Pepin, The Pickle Factory, Harbor View, and a beautiful public beach and marina! We are also less than 4 miles away from Hidden Meadow and Barn, and 1.5 miles from Villa Bellezza Winery. Whether you are a wedding guest, hunter, fisherman, or simply coming to enjoy beautiful Lake Pepin, we are a cozy place to get away!

Vintage 2 Bedroom Farm House

A vintage farm house with parking available for multiple cars, ATV, UTV, snowmobile, or horse trailers. Horse boarding is possible. Please message me. The property is located on an ATV/UTV route & snowmobile trail. 1.5 miles to Mondovi, 3 miles to The Barn at Mirror Lake, & 11 miles to Barn Again Lodge. The area is known for great deer hunting. No hunting on site at this time. Public hunting nearby at BIG SWAMP WILDLIFE AREA. It is a spacious house to stay while visiting the Mondovi area.

Step directly out onto your personal deck overlooking a private fire pit area and Lake Pepin. Close to all the Mississippi River Valley has to offer! Kayak tours! National Eagle Center! Adventure is just down the road from this adorable tiny house.

Pepin Marina Retreat: Street Level Loft Apartment

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

Want a peaceful retreat with breath taking views? The Porcupine Valley Cottage might be the place of choice for you! This cottage sits on 11 wooded acres in the Porcupine Valley where all you hear are the birds chirping. Sit by the fire and enjoy the views that surround you. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is great for any occasion. Sit in the living room and admire the view out or watch the fire burn in the wood burning fireplace. The backyard is fenced in for any entertainment.

This bungalow is a standalone house directly across the street from Lake Pepin. Adjacent to the Sunset Motel & Self Check-In Vacation Stays property, which consists of traditional single and double motel rooms and 2-3 bedroom condo units. Enjoy shared access to our heated in-ground pool. All rooms have electronic locks for a seamless check-in process. Located near some of the area's best attractions including public beach access, top restaurants, golf courses, and marinas.

This vintage home was built in the mid 1850s and has old world character architecture with the comforts of modern day amenities. The southern exposure enclosed front porch is the favorite gathering spot for most everyone that has stayed in the home. This 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath property has potential for sleeping up to 8 guests.
