This classic cottage is on a quiet Street and a place to come and leave your car unused as in times gone by. You can walk within 5 blocks to Beach,lighthouse and shuffleboard Courts, 2-3 blocks to the Harbor and downtown. There are also parks with pickle ball courts and live music, farmers market, ice cream, and restaurants. It is a great place to relax. Great Grandma’s House is located 3.5 miles away from downtown Scottville, 20 minutes from Stearns Park beach in Ludington, 31 minutes from Little 'O' ORV trails, several bike trails within driving distance and 2.5 miles from the Pere Marquette River. The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.

Eco-Friendly Stay! Come enjoy our historic and well-restored home situated just blocks from Stearns Beach and downtown Ludington's main street. The blue house is a perfect spot to relax, and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. With a wrap-around porch and spacious backyard, there is plenty of room to relax indoors or out. *Please note that all bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the second floor of the house. Additionally, two of the bedrooms are adjoined by a sliding door.

This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan, where you can find a nice meal, hit the beach or catch the S.S. Badger!
