Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances to make you feel right at home. Wegmans and Target are just up the road.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Fairport Living on the Canal

You and your guests will enjoy easy access to everything Fairport from our centrally located home. The Erie Canal is right in your backyard, with walking access to restaurants, bars, ice cream and more – discover all that Fairport has to offer while staying in the heart of the village! Stay with the whole family or your group of friends in two large bedrooms with queen beds. A third bedroom sleeps two in a twin and pull out bed. The sleeper sofa also comfortably accommodates a guest.

Enjoy this well-appointed, freshly updated 1930s duplex in the heart of the North Winton Village neighborhood in Rochester, NY. This home is one block from Winton Rd, where you’ll find a wide array of restaurants, bars, shops, and even a public library, all just a 5 minute walk. We've taken care to equip this unit with everything you should need. However, should any issues arise, my partner and I live in other half the duplex and can readily assist you.

Studio apartment with large living/sleeping area. Sleeping area has a king bed that can be set up as twin beds, if requested. The space includes a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker; a large bathroom, with corner tub and shower. There is a separate private entrance, and parking area. WIFI is also included. Note that all sanitization protocols are followed to prepare the apartment for guests.
