The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

This is a refurbished ground floor flat in the heart of the seaside resort of Perranporth, North Cornwall. With a new kitchen and shower room this beautiful little flat is ideal for a family break or a couple's retreat. It's within easy, level walking distance of the shops, pubs and restaurants and Perranporth's beach with it's 3 miles of golden sand. You can use the flat as a base to explore what the area has to offer with the Eden Project, Tintagel, and Lands End within reach.

Seashells is a self contained annexe a short walk from the beautiful 3 mile beach in Perranporth. Situated in a quiet road adjacent to Droskyn cliff, it has it's own entrance, parking space and private, enclosed rear patio garden. Newly built and renovated it has a double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable living room with french windows. The shops, bars, restaurants and beach are a 5 minute walk from the property.

Carrick View Harbourside Apartment

Gorgeous airy Georgian apartment in a Grade II listed mansion overlooking the harbour in the heart of beautiful Falmouth. Everything is within easy walking distance, so you won't need your car: Events Square and hundreds of great restaurants and shops are all minutes away! One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.

Our private patio overlooks the magnificent 2 mile long Perranporth beach. Situated on the coastal path, the apartment is equipped to a high standard, and the lounge is an excellent place to watch the ever changing sea from, whatever the weather! The restaurants and shops of Perranporth are a short (albeit steep) walk away, including the Watering Hole pub on the beach!
