The home is also located within an hours drive to the Red River Gorge, several lakes, ATV parks, mountain bike & hiking trails.

This home also offers two porches, one overlooking a mountain stream, plenty of parking for trailers and a large yard. The best trail with LORP, creek trail 232 and 233, is accessible by SXS less than a mile down the road. Only a 12 mile drive to the LORP on the pavement.

The Miniard House is a spacious, historic home available for rent for guests who want to soak in the great landscape and peacefulness of Appalachia. The house accommodations for eight guests with a plenty of space for family time both inside and out. Our home provides a peaceful setting amidst nature with perfect views of the horses in the nearby fields. The Miniard House is perfect for your upcoming stay!
