This fully refurbished, air conditioned ground floor apartment is perfectly located in central Cottesloe with magnificent views of the Indian Ocean beyond the spacious deck, BBQ and manicured front lawn. A short stroll down the road will have you at the most magnificent white sand iconic Cottesloe beach showcasing a great mix of bars, restaurants, cafes, gelato shop and the general store. The other end of the street boasts the landscaped grounds of the heritage listed Cottesloe Civic Centre.
