If you are passing in Mannar, the Donkey clinic is a great organization to go visit and discover. This place is located in Mannar Island, Sri Lanka. Donkey house has evolved into a first class tourism attraction and at the same time does tremendously good work saving donkeys and educating the community's children. They are operating a guest house with comfy triple bed room with private bathroom! This is a different experience with neglected donkeys! Sri Lankan breakfast included.
