We provide the vehicle parking on mainland, one arrivals and departure island FERRY service to sites, full island of animals: mini goats, horses and donkeys, laying hens, pick your own organic eggs, baby bunnies, wandering elusive Alpacas, beautiful hair sheep, and baby piglets, volleyball, badminton, 100 year old pizza oven. Parties and events NOT allowed!

Stone Post Meadows

Come relax in our quiet country home, part log cabin, built in 1860. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable getaway! Enjoy your own space with a separate entrance, kitchenette, and bathroom. Relax by the fireplace. Play a board game, read a book, or cast a show from your own streaming device. During the day take a walk around the 3-acre property, interact with the alpacas, goats & pigs through the fence, relax on the porch, & sit by your private firepit under a sky full of stars.

Tourist Cabin on the Marsh 15 acres of your own!

Your own 15 acre Conservation Area! Nature enthusiasts welcome. We offer a large campsite complete with dock and private nature reserve. Stay in a converted/restored century tourist cabin/hunt camp on the edge of Provincially Significant Wetlands & Woodlands and overlook 5 pristine acres of wetlands off the Pigeon River in the heart of the Kawarthas. All set on a 55 acre organic farm. We have a 10 kw solar panel, native plant nursery as well as heritage breed cattle, turkeys and chickens.

This beautiful cabin has a massive fully covered deck, looking right at the lakeside, huge picnic shelter with many picnic tables, 2 propane BBQs and a massive campfire pit! Solar lights, solar charging for all of your mobile devices and sunsets to take your breath away! This cabin includes 2 private outdoor toilets! . Note: all holiday weekends are minimum 3-night rental.

Country cottage located on a quiet lot surrounded by farmers fields and mature trees. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, have a great sleep in the comfy beds and have all the luxuries of home! The cottage is located a short 15 minute drive from the 401 and the town of Cobourg, and is a 25 minute drive into Peterborough. We are 5 minutes from Rice Lake which is well known for its great fishing, and 20 minutes drive to the famous Cobourg beach. Come and relax at the cottage!

Peaceful Country Getaway Trees Stars Fresh Air

Quiet, private, fresh air and stars, get out of the city and experience life in the country in our rustic bunky. Minutes from beautiful Campbellford and artsy Warkworth. Bunky is equipped with power, two single cots & a set of bunk beds for the kids. The outhouse & firepit are close by, bring your sleeping bags & drinking water! Cold only running water, outdoor shower (also cold water only!). Towels & hand soap provided, mini refrigerator on site.
