With a unique interior design, which unveils the sensation of both a traditional and a modern beach house, it consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and also a sofa that can raise the number of guests to 5. A fully equipped kitchen united with the dining room and the living room with a fireplace for cozy nights. Taken it’ s name from the field of oregano –aromatic plant- located behind the house, it, also, offers an experience of agricultural activities such as gardening or harvesting your own fruits and vegetables. The ‘hospitality package’ closes with a refrigerator overflowing with Cretan goodies such as veggies, fruits, olive oil, honey, wine, raki all out of local productions. The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
