Coco Brothers’ Farmhouse

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The newly renovated 100-year-old farmhouse sits peacefully in the midst of oak trees and a private 6-acre land. It boasts of both modern and rustic design. It is built to entertain families with a finished basement that includes billiards/poker table/foosball/darts and its own dry bar. There is even a theater room ready to welcome popcorn loving moviegoers. It has an open concept plan including a wrap around deck which is built to enjoy nature.

Welcome to Hummingbird Cottage, a picturesque countryside retreat in Rolla, Missouri! Nestled in a beautiful landscape, our English-style cottage offers rustic charm with a cozy aesthetic. Surrounded by wildlife, yet close to attractions like St. James Winery and Missouri S&T. The cottage sleeps two. There is a full kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and beautiful outdoor pavilion. Cozy up and experience the perfect fall getaway with a warm cup of coffee by the outdoor fireplace!

Relax in this calm, stylish space that is newly constructed. Out of town but 1/2 mile from city center. Grill on the griddle on the porch, enjoy cooking inside or visit one of our great restaurants in St. James. The place can accommodate parking for multiple vehicles. Bring your camp wood to enjoy the evening around the fire pit or get some exercise in the detached gym. Or cuddle inside to view YouTube TV which is available on 3 TVs.
