Fully renovated from the inside out in 2024, this house welcomes you with warmth, earth tones, an open concept, a towering fireplace, exposed beams, and a relaxing environment to getaway to. Centrally located and in walking distance to the water park, gym, rec center, movie theater, and more! Fugitive beach is about 7 miles away!

Nearby is the Woodshop, Cider Mill, Shingle Mill, Victorian Cottage, and Train Depot. Originally owned by George Carney, the Village was built to house craftsmen selling their wares. We are 36 miles from Fort Leonard Wood and 15 miles from Fugitive Beach! The gorgeous 54 acres provides plenty of space to explore the beauty of the Ozark highlands.

Our peaceful cabin is out in the country yet very close to town. Just 2 miles off interstate 44. Close to shopping, restaurants, Fort Leonard-wood and Missouri S&T college campus. Traveling nurses are always welcome, just 2 miles from phelps County Medical Center! We also offer three RV spots with water and electricity if you’re traveling with someone who has an RV. If you’re traveling with horses, there is a horse hotel on premise, offering stalls or Paddock for layovers.

Rear entrance is handicap accessible with no steps from the car to the house. Private back yard with trees, rock garden, large deck, grill, and fire pit area. This home is ideal for entertaining and family gatherings. Walking distance to grocery stores, the hospital, and Missouri S&T.

The Ab Shack-a country getaway in the heart of the Ozarks. Surrounded by acres of picturesque landscapes, the renovated cabin offers a retreat like no other. There is a creek meandering through the property, large porches perfect for viewing sunrises and sunsets and a fire pit for relaxing under the night sky. As a working cattle farm cows and calves will be there to greet you. The cabin sleeps 7 and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, modern kitchen and gas fireplace.

Close to the highway, Off road parking space close to the door. Well mannered pets welcome, ill mannered humans not so much.
