The home sits on just over a half-acre at the top of a cul-de-sac, giving you the privacy and peace you and your family deserves!

Comfort is our goal starting with nice beds/linens, a fully stocked kitchen & the office space has a large desk, monitor & keyboard if you need to work while here. Less than 5 min to shops, US 80, I-185 or Alabama; uptown, South Commons & Synovus Park are 10 min away, & you can be at Fort Benning in 15/20. Standing Boy Mountain Bike Trails are < 5 miles away. We are dog friendly & our large yard has plenty of room to play!

Stylish downstairs studio apartment in new construction in the heart of Midtown Columbus. Quiet neighborhood 15 min from Ft. Moore and 8 min from Uptown Columbus. Dedicated entrance and private patio for enjoying peaceful evenings. Kitchenette with refrigerator, hot plate, air fryer toaster oven, microwave. This is a private apartment downstairs from a family home. NOT 420 friendly. Quiet hours 10pm to 6am strictly enforced. Tenants live upstairs so you will hear normal apartment noises.
