Hi, we're looking forward to your visit! Our spacious lower level guest room has a Queen bed, TV, small couch, table and chairs, kitchenette, mini fridge and private bath. You're also welcome to use the shared ground floor kitchen, dining room and patio. We have comfortable furniture, fast Wi-Fi, easy check-in and out, and bag storage. Great location for concerts, dining and public transport, and we give great local recommendations.

MY HUSBAND AND I LIVE IN THIS HOUSE FULL TIME, BUT YOU WILL HAVE ALL THE PRIVACY YOU NEED. Our home is close to Center City Philadelphia ( 6 miles)and close to public transportation . You’ll love it here because of the people and the ambiance. The home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. We have a Cat, Buddy, that looks and acts like Garfield.
