Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

This is an adorable quaint space in a great location. The apt has a private entrance through a grocers alley. Lots of character and plenty of amenities including AC. There's a TV, dishwasher, a fridge, basic kitchen supplies, a Keurig, and toaster oven. Even has its own charming outdoor area, you won't believe you're in the city. The Coachman's House is part of a larger estate built in 1852. Tucked away on top of a hill, the property is accessed by a long, winding drive through a park-like 3+ acre oasis in historic Germantown. The renovated 2 story cottage once served as the coachman's home and is adjacent to the main house and the former stables. With a private entrance, the first floor contains a mini kitchen, seating area and work space nook. The second floor contains a queen size bed and private bath.
