The secret little house

This is Canberra’s most wishlisted AirBNB. Hiding with private entry, this bright little 1-bed, 1-bath house offers free XL parking. My unit is located in a very quiet street, and only a 10 min walk to Woden Westfield Town Centre where you'll find retail shops, Coles, Woolworths, cafes, restaurants and a cinema. The hospital is less than a km away. In 2019, I transformed an empty space into a spacious, comfortable unit providing all you need for a seamless stay. It has a large kitchen with centre island bench, and a lounge/dining area opening onto a sunny courtyard. It’s perfect for short or long stays.

Cosy, peaceful, self contained, brand new tiny home is located at the back of a tranquil garden of a private residence. Fully equipped kitchen and furnished courtyard with BBQ. You get a private entrance from your own undercover car spot and fenced yard. 'The Den' is a peaceful , secure little gem. Tucked away and almost out of sight, yet centrally located close to Woden Town Centre, 5 minute walk local shops/cafes, 5 minute drive to the Canberra Hospital.

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of my studio separate from the main house. Studio is simply furnished with French doors, solid timber floors, full kitchen, bathroom and storage area. Central location easy walk to Griffith, Manuka and Kingston. Good transport to ANU, Russell and the Parlimentary Triangle. The studio is set to the rear of the property in lush cottage garden with an abundance of fruit, flowers and vegetables.

The modern pod is a standalone granny flat located on the back of our house, with seperate entrance through the garage door. Only a 5-minute drive to Westfield Woden, a short 5-minute walk to local shops and bus stops, 5 mins to Embassy area, 13-minute drive to city and 10 minutes to the Parliament area. For snow season, we are just 30 mins drive to Corin Forest snow resort, 2.30hour to Snowy Mountain.
