Basement may be a bit steep for some, but washer/dryer are avail.

Our quaint house boat is a great way to enjoy the Mississippi River while being safely docked in a beautiful Harbor on Tenton Island. Equipt with a Kitchen, Bedroom, and toilet. Shower facilities are available as part of the marina but are NOT part of the boat.
