The Studio at 6 Hilton College Road is perfect for visitors to the beautiful Midlands. Situated just outside of town, making it a fantastic spot to unwind, but on a main road, keeping it convenient. The property is close to top schools, with everything you need at your fingertips. The Studio also has a guaranteed electricity and water supply, as the property is equipped with a generator and borehole. Hilton is a lovely small village, surrounded by beautiful places to explore and unwind.

Nestled in the leafy suburbs of central Hilton, 1.5km from St Anne’s, Cedara Way provides ease of access to the greater Midlands area and local schools. We boast an expansive garden with a swimming pool. The house is open plan with four bedrooms which sleep 8 and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, lounge and living room area open onto the patio and a braai area which overlooks the pool with a table that seats 14. There is an additional 2pax unit with own separate garden which is rented independently.

Our farm is in the heart of the Midlands a great place to relax and unwind. The river is great for tubing and fishing. There are beautiful walks and bike rides around the area. You can ride from the cottage and explore the surrounding forests which go from Lions river all the way to the Karkloof. We have fantastic restaurants right close by, La Lampara Caversham Mill and Piggley Wiggley is 5 min away. The cottages have comfortable luxury beds with cotton percale linen and large bath sheets.
