You can either pet with my animals , fishing, boating in the private lake , enjoy the serenity of nature or get out and explore. hiking, skiing at Shawnee, white water rafting on the Delaware Rive. horseback riding in the state park, shopping in WoodburyOutlets and various restaurants around. Only 2 hours from NYC in the hamlet of Narrowsburg. Nestled against the Delaware River, it is home to a variety of shops, acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, & antique stores. <15 mins from hikes, swimming/tubing on the Delaware, Bethel Woods, and Callicoon. <30-60 mins to skiing (Elk, Big Bear & Shawnee).

There are 7 acres with river views and access . River is a couple hundred yards from cottage, lots of lawn, hammock, kayaking, lawn games, board games, hiking, fire pits, lots to do or just relax.
