Minutes away from the NEW Grandscape, The Star in Frisco, Legacy West, Toyota headquarters, and countless other restaurants and entertainment.

This sweet cottage is best suited for a single or couple wanting to relax and experience Dallas from a local perspective around White Rock Lake. So close to Downtown, Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum, Dallas Arboretum, NorthPark shopping and SMU. Right around the corner is a public recreation center with tennis and pickleball courts. Plus 5 minutes to any major highway. Stay in a quite neighborhood and relax. We appreciate our guests and try to make each guests experience special. So fun to host!!

Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

The quiet and private guest house is tucked behind a large historic home south of downtown Sherman, TX. It is traditional in design and decor. The kitchen features metal cabinets with double drain board sink and decorative finish. The vintage Hotpoint stove with soup well adds charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house is a mile south of downtown Sherman and within walking distance of 903 Brewers. The stately homes of Heritage Row are just a few blocks away.

Historic Converted Carriage House

A converted carriage house walking distance to downtown Denton and University of North Texas (UNT) Campus. DCTA bus stop located across the street and downtown DCTA train station a mile away. Has a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee pot. Has a Murphy bed downstairs, and a loft with space for an air mattress. Please use caution on ladder stairs.

Walking distance to the Gaylord and backs to lake Grapevine! You will be minutes from downtown Grapevine in this charming lakeside cottage. Recently updated. Relax on the large outdoor patio overlooking Lake Grapevine, enjoy s'mores in the fire pit and experience dining and shopping in historic downtown Grapevine. The house backs to Katie's Woods Park and the lake.
