Our bungalow is nicely suited for 2, features a separate kitchen, a 3/4 bath, & large main room for sleeping or relaxing. We offer a private entrance with carport parking. Yard is fenced, with dog door, up to 2pets are welcome. Centrally located, within minutes of the airport, downtown and the University of Arizona. We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

This studio is spacious & comfortable. It is detached, secluded, on a quiet street, ample street parking and completely fenced in. The yard has a ramada with a table, chairs, string lights and a chiminea Inside, you’ll love the exposed adobe, skylight, and wood beam ceilings. The fully stocked kitchen is updated, with full size appliances. In the heart of Armory Park, it is close to 5-points, downtown, historic 4th Ave and Uof A. Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

This guesthouse is constructed with well-insulated EF Block, has tinted clay plaster walls for a relaxed and earthy interior, and is powered by solar panels. Recently built, the space is small but functional, with a comfortable queen-sized bed, kitchenette, dining space, and modern bathroom. A covered patio includes a grill, outdoor seating area, and twinkle lights to enjoy cool evenings. Centrally located, you have easy access to dining, stores, the University, bikeways, and more.

Little House in the Desert

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.
