Starting with a glorious view of the sound, this duplex is conveniently located one mile from Fort Macon State Park and two blocks from beach public access. It has been totally renovated inside with new furniture and appliances. It hosts 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Second bedroom has additional set of bunks with double on bottom. There is an outside shower. For boaters and fishermen, there is room to park your boat and it’s about 500 yards from a public marina!

Named for the 250 year old huge live oak in the front yard, the Island Treehouse is down the street from the beach. This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. It is a quiet location and super relaxing but also a short drive to several great towns with dining, shopping, and sightseeing!! The house is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for owner’s use. The house sits up high and has great ocean views from the covered back porch! There are stairs from the backyard to the street, turn left, and then only about 4 houses down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!
