We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

There is a PSTA Bus stop right at the entrance to the condo property.Uner and Lyft are availablThe Pinellas Trail is across the street. The VA Hospital and Bay Pines Park are biking or walking distance. The closest beach is Madeira Beach 2 miles from the condo. All Utilities, Cable/Internet are included. Parking is free and close to the elevators. Plenty of parking spaces are available also.

UPDATE: This condo community was NOT affected by the hurricane. I am very fortunate. There was NO flooding or wind damage. Kick back and relax at this roomy 1 bed, 1 bath boho beach condo. This community offers a heated pool, bbq grills and reserved, onsite laundry and parking. Stroll down the sidewalk (half mile to beach) and take in the fresh, gulf breezes as you enjoy Indian Rocks Beach. Beautiful sunsets, amazing food and a calm, relaxing beach community awaits you!

Modern and very cozy one-bedroom condo, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Convenient big kitchen space and bathroom. King bed in master. Sleeping sofa in the living room. All appliances, kitchen pots, and all you need to make yourself home. TV in the living room and Master. Full cable. Fast WiFi. Roku. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler. 10 min from Clearwater Beach. 20 min from the airport. I put a lot of <3 INTO! You will feel at home in my place!

The Avalon at Clearwater is a gated community with a nice size heated pool and community gym. Parking space is not assigned and it’s free of charge. Location is central with short distance to nearby beaches, attractions and other nearby towns. Great access from Tampa Airport 20 minutes and 1.5/hours drive from Orlando airport
