Outdoor space is communal with free street parking. 2 minute WALK to Magic City Casino, 5 minutes away from Miami international airport, 5 minutes from restaurants and nightlife in Coral Gables & calle ocho, 10 minutes from downtown Miami, bayside, etc. Perfect for anyone with long layover at Miami Int Airport, or awaiting a cruise departure from port of Miami (Port of Miami is 10 minutes away). Our cottage is located in a very quiet residential area, 15mn to the beach (Bal Harbor area).20mn from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports, Located in the backyard of the main house but separate and with an independent entry. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool, in the back of our house. Share with owner only, we give priority to our guests to enjoy it! Parking available in our front yard. No kitchen but microwave and fridge. TV, cable and WIFI. It is suggested to have a car.

A fridge, micro and a counter for sandwiches and salada preparation but not equiped for cooking.. just 3 minutes by car from Wynwood Art District, Design District, Midtown Mall and five minutes away by car from the DownTown and Brickell and South Beach This space it's cleanned deeply to provide a germ free space. My son and I manage together to ensure we are there promptly for our guests needs. We strongly believe in respecting our guests privacy.
