It's location is ideal, as you are just 5-mins on foot away from the cosmopolitan center of Naousa and you can leave your car at the parking space, which is very important during the high season! Restaurants, super market, coffee shops and bakery are all around the corner. Enjoy a relaxing space with all modern amenities, proximity to all of Naousas' places of interest, privacy and Sunset view!

Luxury Beach Suite Kastraki Jacuzzi & Roof Terrace

This special Beach Suite was completed in 04/2022 and is unique in its direct location by the sea and its perfect and stylish furnishings. The apartment is 73m², has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 queen-size beds (160cm) and 2 bathrooms. There are a total of 4 terraces, including a community roof terrace, equipped with a bar and lounge seating. On the main terrace, Jacuzzi pool of 3x2m, outdoor shower, barbecue. All outside facilities in the groundfloor are exclusive only for users of our Beach Suite.

Ocean Blue 2-bedroom Villa next to the beach

Ocean Blue is a lovely 2-bedroom villa at the south west coast on Naxos Island, in Agiassos Bay. It takes advantage of the natural beauty, breezes and sunset colors to enjoy your stay. It blends indoor & outdoor spaces offering dining and relaxing options while allowing the stunning views of the sea. Up to 10 guests: There are also two studio rooms with private entrance, attached to the villa and they can be rent only to the guests of the villa, thus expanding the villa capacity to 10 guests.

Melatio Countryside is a lovely, peaceful house right next to Naxos town, about 7 minutes driving. It is located inside a biger farm and offers amazing view. It is suitable for 1 up to 3 people. There is one bedroom, one kitchen-living room and one bathroom. There is also a large space outside and a table for you to relax! The location is very convenient since it's just a few minutes from the city centre but also in a private, quite area. Let us know if you need any help with booking a car!
