After a day on the hill (whether skiing or hiking), return to this cozy condo for some time spent off your feet. Thaw out by the double-sided fireplace warming both the bedroom and living room(off in Summer). The condo is very inviting with a King bed, twin futon sofa bed, in-unit washer and dryer, and an upgraded, full size kitchen. Enjoy the comfort provided by the 2 mini split AC units.

This very charming two-bedroom, two-bath Guest house is located on one of the most scenic by-ways in the State of Colorado and is quaint from head to toe! The Hummingbirds are incredible. They migrate here from South America to breed in the summer. The wildlife is abundant. There are deer, elk, foxes, etc. The views are amazing and all the other gifts shared with us by Mother Nature are breathtaking. This property was used as a very successful Bed and Breakfast from 1994 to 2003.
