Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der 400 qm große Garten mit einem kleinen 2,50 x 1,50 m Pool, Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln und einer Außendusche. Auch der Pool wird nur von Ihnen genutzt.

Es una zona concurrida en los meses de verano (de junio a septiembre), entorno con abundantes cafeterías, restaurantes con terrazas y tiendas, normalmente abiertos en verano hasta las 12h de la noche, pudiendo provocar un poco de ruido ambiental de calle.
