The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a filtered water tap (no need for bottled water), American fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser. Casa Perinquén es un apartamento con encanto, situado en la zona sur de la isla, por lo que gozamos del mejor clima. Su ubicación es ideal, está a 6 minutos caminando de la playa, de la avenida marítima peatonal y de la zona de restaurantes. Estamos a unos 15mins caminando del centro del pueblo. Es un apartamento reformado, dentro de una edificación antigua, aportando así carácter y buena ubicación. Es ideal para relajarse, no hacer nada o para usarla de base para recorrer esta isla tan bonita.
