Het prachtige en sfeervolle huis heeft twee verdiepingen en een ruime tuin. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een toilet, keuken en woonkamer. Op de eerste verdieping zijn twee slaapkamers en de badkamer. Eén slaapkamer heeft een ruim balkon. Benodigdheden voor kinderen zijn ook aanwezig in het huis.

Lavandería comunitaria en la planta baja. Edificio histórico recién rehabilitado en 2020 con una decoración exclusiva. Actualmente hay una excavación arqueológica en el solar contiguo, por lo que en algunas ocasiones , algunos días, entra una máquina a llevarse tierra y puede generar un poco de ruido por las mañanas.
