Ático dúplex en un complejo residencial en primera linea de mar y con piscina climatizada de agua salada. Reformado y moderno, dispone de balcón privado con vistas a la piscina y al mar, en un día despejado se ven la isla de La Gomera y el Teide. Orientación oeste, preciosas puestas de sol desde la terraza. Dormitorio con una cama de 1,80 x 1,90, dos camas individuales de 0,90 x 1,90 y un baño. Sofá cama. Lavadora, plancha, smart TV, wifi y mucho más para que disfrutéis de una experiencia plena.

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

New studio in front of Las Vistas beach just two steps from the beach and the Golden Mile of Playa de las Americas ( about 30meters). Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Very good location for unforgettable holidays!

Spacious and modern studio located in favourite Tenerife spot: Playa de Las Americas in El Dorado complex. Access via lift to sixth floor, beautiful sea view from the balcony, walking distance to all night life amenities and 5 min to the beach. You will be in the centre of popular area so prepare for sea breeze walks and sunsets. Only suits couples but we would accommodate extra beds for 2 kids. Not suitable for 4 adults. We are family friendly apartment. There is tennis court in the complex.

Splendido open space vista mare e piscina nel cuore di Las Americas comodo a tutti i servizi , cinquanta metri dalla spiaggia. Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 7 luglio fino a fine settembre 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

Un pueblo pequeño, con gran encanto, donde puedes ir a la playa, o al muelle, puedes comer en sus múltiples restaurantes o cafeterías o practicar el buceo, si te gusta el deporte. Su bonito puente de madera, hace que te apetezca dar un paseo a ultima hora de la tarde. Tienes muy cerca parada de guagua, farmacia y varios supermercados. te ofrecemos wifi (Cama plegable para 2)

Cozy and confortable studio located at few metres from the beach and markets. Very quiet and equipped with everything. The residence has a big swimming pool and a relaxing area where you can enjoy your holiday. Shops and restaurants are in a walking distance, and if you are finding the night life in less then 5 minutes there are a lot of clubs in Las Veronicas. The bus station is at 1 minute from the studio, so you can reach every destination in the island even without a car.
