This wonderful and spacious 120 m² penthouse is perfect for enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay in Los Cristianos with friends, family or as a couple. It features a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with a single bed, plus a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. An additional single bed can also be added upon request. The highlight of the apartment is its spectacular private terrace with chill out area, outdoor dining space and sun loungers, perfect for breakfast in the sun, relaxing after the beach or enjoying outdoor dinners with Tenerife’s wonderful weather. The penthouse is located in a quiet area, just 2 minutes from the centre of Los Cristianos and only a short walk from the beaches, harbour, restaurants, cafés and seafront promenade. Everything you need for easy holidays with no car needed. The apartment also includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TV, fast fibre Wifi ideal for remote work, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, washing machine, beach and bath towels, hairdryers and everything needed for a comfortable stay in South Tenerife. Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

La buena vida

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.
