El apartamento es ideal tanto para unas vacaciones cortas de verano como para una cómoda estancia prolongada en invierno. El entorno es tranquilo, no hay lugares ruidosos en las casas vecinas. Hay un balcón grande. Dispone de una cómoda cocina, aire acondicionado, Internet de fibra óptica (600 mb/s) y Smart TV.

La pequeña playa de la cala Higuera esta a 7 min andando. La playa de Los Locos esta a 15 min. El supermercado Consum esta a 5 min. El apartamento esta equipado con a/a, internet de fibra optica, la tele smart de 55. Hay un sofa cama (160x200). El apartamento dispone del parking privado. No hay piscina.
