This 3100sqft Villa includes 2 master suites with walk-in closets and private bathrooms. One of the suites has an ocean views, and doors to the patio and pool. There an additional 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen includes granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a stovetop oven. A half bath, washing machine and dryer is located just off the home's entryway. The living and dining area has an open flow that leads outside to a covered patio and the pool area.

Experience luxury oceanfront living at Diamante del Sol in the heart of Jacó. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom penthouse was renovated in 2023 with new tile, updated kitchen, refreshed bathrooms, and fresh paint. Located on the 9th floor, enjoy panoramic ocean views, three balconies, pool table, BBQ, and high-speed internet. Direct beach access, oceanfront pool, and walkable location. Occasional noise, maintenance, or utility interruptions may occur and may be outside host control.

Paradise Found

Our rustic home is on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have full baths. The third upstairs bedroom has half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The pool has no lifeguard so use at your own risk) A separate detached bedroom with queen bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. Please make arrangements with Daniel if you would like any meals prepared during your stay.
