Son 3 departamentos independientes en este lugar, se comparte la alberca. No contamos con estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad pero pueden estacionarse afuera. Estamos cercas del mar! Casa a dos cuadras de la playa, en zona restaurantera. Todos los servicios, tiendas cercanas, a unas cuadras del Centro de Guayabitos. A 30 minutos en auto de playas como San Pancho, Lo de Marcos, Sayulita y a 40 minutos de Puerto Vallarta. Cuenta con tres recámaras con A/C, un baño completo, un medio baño. Alberca con regadera. Cocina, cochera para 2 autos, enfriador de agua, refrigerador, horno de microondas, plancha para ropa. No se permiten fiestas ni visitas en n la casa.
