Oceanfront V1 Condo with view of Colorados Description -3 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor condo located on the south end of Iguana beach (Colorados), steps away from dipping your toes in the water. Located right by the beach club with infinity pool, Pili's Kitchen restaurant and bar. You can see the waves from the Living Room or Master Bedroom and access is right out the back door! The condo features A/C in all bedrooms and a commercial grade A/C in the Living Room to ensure you stay nice and cool on your trip. There is a 43-inch flat screen TV in the Living room with cable TV, 22-inch TV in the Master Bedroom with a DVD player (over 100 DVDs in the condo), free wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, stove/oven. The condo building has a generator which powers everything in the condo including A/C. Colorado Surf Condo is a two bedroom two bath condo on the ground floor of Villa Rio Dulce bldg at gated community of Hacienda Iguana. Our community has a spectacular 1.75 mile beach that has 2 surf breaks: world renown "Colorado", right in front of our condo and "Panga Drops" which is a 10 minute walk down the beach. A 45 second walk from our patio takes you to the Beach Club which has a bar, pool and restaurant and is right in front of the Colorado break for great views of the surfing.
