Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. Unit 3 at Casa Arroyo is a cozy room with a super comfortable queen size bed and desk overlooking the pool as well as partial ocean views. Shared building amenities include pool and a brand new rooftop terrace with kitchen, bathroom & incredible ocean views! Additional amenities include a mini-fridge, couch, new bathroom and a 40" TV. NOTE - The bathroom is not in the unit. It is just outside the unit next to the hot tub, but is solely dedicated to this unit and has a lock with a key.
